Auditions will be held for open positions and substitute musicians.
Open positions include Percussion, Euphonium (Principal), Trombone, Clarinet, and French horn. Other positions may become available before rehearsals start for the 2022-2023 season in September.
Please prepare a 5-minute musical selection that shows off your capabilities on your instrument.

About the IWS
The Indiana Wind Symphony is an 80-piece ensemble that’s a resident company of the Carmel Center for the Performing Arts. We perform full ensemble concerts in the Palladium and our wind chamber concerts in the Studio Theater. We are a volunteer organization that performs a wide range of music for band and wind ensemble, and our performing capabilities are roughly equivalent to that of a college level ensemble.
